Experimental Study of Drying of the Girolle Mushroom by Solar Panel with Variable Chicanes

- The use of solar panels for drying the girolle mushroom is the low level of heat exchange with air in the dynamic vein of the variable baffle solar panel in such systems achieves optimum performance or high thermal efficiency from their use. However, there is a notable improvement in thermal transfer. The aim is to improve the ratio between the temperature and the thermal efficiency of drying the girolle mushroom. The process is very economical, energetically and financially.
